The success of Digital / IT initiatives doesn't just happen by chance.
One of the key considerations of any project ‘discovery’ phase is what problem you are solving, and for who (yes we follow our own methodology). Answering this accurately and fully isn’t as easy as it appears and involves much more than domain knowledge, gut feel, or a few straw polls.
