Make Your Mark – part 4 of 4.
In the previous three parts of this series, The Challenges Of Digital Transformation, What Does The Data Say, and Engage For Success, we have discussed the cause and effects of problems facing businesses as they attempt digital transformation, as well as how Transfit’s integrated blend of Management and Technology consulting is geared to rectify these problems.
In this article I take the slightly unusual step of sharing Transfit’s business and start up philosophy as it relates to our “purpose built” claims and credentials.
Although Transfit is my fourth start up, and my second IT services business, the reality is no two are the same - where would be the fun in that? Often start ups are based on the expertise of the founder, who leads the organisation from the front leveraging their personal capabilities and connections. Whilst this is a proven formula for early success, it can also be limiting from a scale perspective.
For Transfit I have taken an almost diametrical, framework approach. Whilst I have based our business planning, the "How", on proven and robust formulas and principles for IT service delivery, and the "What" on a critical blend of Management and Technology consulting, I have entrusted the "Who" and the "Why" to the many incredibly talented and experienced consultants out there who are eager to directly influence and contribute to a significant IT success story.
We not only believe in empowering our people, we depend on it, and with that comes exciting opportunities, and of course neat rewards.
And if early interviews and appointments are anything to go by, I am on to an absolute winning formula, having been blown away, and humbled, by the sheer numbers, experience, and diverse capabilities of those who have been attracted by this career changing opportunity.
So, for the many more talented Management and Technology consultants out there, if you believe you can make a real difference to the way clients successfully implement their digital transformation strategies, now and in the future, please get in touch with our friendly Talent Management team or check out our current roles available at www.transfit.com.au/careers/current-roles/.
