Transfit, in conjunction with our technology partner Seera, recently deployed an impressive smartphone based ID card solution, to assist manage site access for a client's large national workforce.

Leveraging dynamic APIs to access the source ID data from a variety of cloud and legacy datasets, coupled with smartphone wallet tooling (like you use for event tickets and boarding passes), and state of the art 2FA, these ID cards can be quickly and securely compiled, distributed, and managed, thus replacing cumbersome and insecure physical printed cards and passes. They can also incorporate expiry tokens, QR codes for accessing additional permissions based personnel related data, and NFC tokens for operating physical doors, gates, etc.

Inexpensive to implement and maintain, this solution is simple in its architecture and management yet powerful in the security and integrity it brings to ID management.
