The Beta Test Phase

The third phase of our Digital Excellence Framework is the Beta Test phase. Some may think this is specific to IT/Digital projects however virtually any proposed solution can be beta tested as long as the problem definition and success criteria have been properly considered and agreed - the first phase. 
 
In this case, the blue tacked cords are beta testing a strip lighting solution to a darkish bench space, ensuring that the customer (my wife) will sign off on the outcome prior to drilling cabinets etc as part of the fourth / Execute phase.
