I recently shared the journey to Transfit discovering our Why. You can read about that here, but in short Transfit's "Why" is the championing of Digital Excellence within the ICT industry.

One of the first undertakings of our Digital Excellence Framework is to conduct a baseline Digital / ICT Excellence Assessment for our clients. These are conducted by interviewing or surveying representatives from management and staff, of all seniority, across the business.

You may have noticed a subtle shift in Transfit's positioning. Whilst not earth shattering from a marketing perspective, the rationale behind it is a significant game changer for Transfit, and ultimately for our customer engagement, so I wanted to share a little of the journey that has led to this change.

In the previous two part of this series, titled The Challenges Of Digital Transformation and What Does The Data Say, we addressed how alignment with the overall business strategy, the implementation of a whole of business Decision Support Data Baseline, and the production of a Prioritisation backlog of initiatives, are all critical components of a successful Digital Transformation strategy.

In the first part of this series titled The Challenges Of Digital Transformation we identified several issues leading to squandered opportunity and money as businesses look to implement digital transformation initiatives.

In this four part series we will explore the pillars of a robust digital transformation strategy, the issues being encountered by businesses as they attempt to take advantage of digital transformation trends and technologies, and how Transfit (a "purpose-built" digital transformation consultancy) is addressing these challenges.
